Walks and Visits:
Early Morning 7am – 9am
Morning visits 9am – 11am
Mid day visits 11am – 2pm
Evening visits 4pm – 7pm
Bedtime visits 8pm – 9pm
We offer 15 minute, 30 minute, 45 minute and 60 minute visits. You choose the length of the visits and can mix and match to meet your pet’s specific needs.
Yes! A meet and greet is required before services are provided. It allows you and your pets to get to know your assigned Sitter. During this visit the sitter will confirm and review the pertinent information about your home and pet care routine (e.g. vet information, emergency contact, special requests, etc.), and answer any questions you have. We will NOT provide service until this meeting has taken place. There is a $15 fee for meet and greets which goes 100% to the pet sitter to cover their time and travel. The fee will be charged 4 days prior to the scheduled visit.
Because I understand what it is like to have a busy and ever-changing schedule, I have implemented an extremely flexible cancellation policy:
Mid Day Dog Walks (for those that use us on a weekly continuous basis):
24+ hours notice = 100% refund,
< 24 hour notice = no refund
Pet Sitting and Kitty & Small Animal Care:
One week+ notice = 100% refund,
5-6 day notice = 65% refund,
3-4 day notice = 50% refund
< 48 hr. notice = no refund
Overnight Care:
Two weeks + notice = 100% refund
10-13 days notice = 65% refund
5-9 day notice = 50% refund
< 4 days notice = no refund
We adhere to a strict policy of NO OVERBOOKING. Therefore, once you have contracted services, we will turn away business in order to accommodate your schedule. You will be charged for all visits and overnights without proper notice of cancellation.
Holiday Cancellation Policy for Overnights, Almost Overnights, and Pet Care Bookings:
30+ days = 100% refund
15-30 days = 50% refund
< 14 days = no refund
Holiday Rates are in effect for the following: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day
Holiday Rates:
- Walks – additional $15
- Visits – additional $15
- Overnights – additional $25
*100% is paid to the sitter
YES!! $2 off per visit for walks scheduled at least 5 days per week

$23 – 45 minutes $25 – 45 minutes
$30 – 60 minutes $32 – 60 minutes
In the event we cannot reach the owner, we will decide if the veterinarian should see your pet. If necessary, we will take your pet for treatment. You will be billed for any extra time we spend for these services.
You can leave a cash gratuity for your sitter, but payment for services must be made by credit card. Payment is due prior to the start of service.
